Weather factor defines approximately half of common amplitude of fluctuation of crop productivity in Belarus. Such indices as probability of time of water capacity decrease up to various levels, probability of approach time, the general duration, a continuity and a degree of a soil drought, probability of dryness of the vegetative period, probability of the approach of the over wetting periods, the general continuous duration of over wetting and sizes of a seasonal drain in the conditions of natural water balance in Belarus during the 60-year period are shown
