[The mechanisms of introduction of Сorynebacterium glutamicum into sterile and unsterile soil]

The Corynebacterium glutamicum 22 LD population (industrial producer of lysine) was added into sterile and unsterile soil. Soil microbial complex influenced negatively on surviving of studied population because introduced bacterium survived twice longer in sterile soil than in unsterile one and were not detected only on the 60th day. Insertion of Corynebacterium glutamicum into unsterile soil caused the growing of microorganisms total number and increasing of catalase activity. In a month these parameters did not differ from the control ones that indicated the restoration of soil microbial complex with alien population dying
