[Method of substantiation of equivalent prices for the orientation in improving of price mechanism in agriculture]

Research results showed that for the perfection of price mechanism and admission of current decrees on prices, financial subsidies and investments in agriculture it is necessary for the governing bodies to possess the information on the equivalent prices on agricultural products, goods and services which form the well-grounded guiding lines for the creation of favourable economic conditions for the development of all production branches and services. The developed method and algorithm permits to substantiate the parameters of interindustry and intra-branch exchange (coefficients of putting of prices to the equivalent level and equivalent prices) as well as to adopt them to the particular features of each current year preserving the equivalency conditions. The following factors formed the basis for the determination of coefficients of labour reduction: 1. coefficients of labour reduction should be stably permanent over the certain period; 2. educational level of workers and diversification of labour remuneration according to branches; labour remuneration level and production efficiency; 3. application of regression analysis
