[Improving the economic regulations of the activities of the economic groups in agro-industrial complex]

Economic regulation of activity of economic groups contains a number of basic contradictions of advantages interfering realization in agriculture which have cooperative-integration structures in comparison with the isolated subjects of managing. Key problems disappear in the operating order of the taxation of the general manufacture and incomes of joint activity: the agricultural organizations lose a part of tax privileges stipulated for manufacturers of agricultural production. In this connection the additional legislative norms providing the preferential order of the taxation in a field of activity of economic groups in agriculture are in detail considered
