[Modern state of phytocenosis of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) in the forest locations (the Belarus Polesye)]

Research results of phytocoenosis of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) in the forest locations of the Belarus Polesye are presented. Global change of the ecological situation and first of all the change of the hydrological regime of Polesye over the last 40 years caused the reduction of Norway spruce forest locations. It was stated that since 1962-1964 out of 32 Norway spruce forest locations 7 locations have stopped their existence. Analysis of natural succession of dynamic processes occurring in the phytocenosis of Norway spruce is given. Specific features of change of Norway spruce plantations in each concrete case are marked. Analysis of the nagging problem of preservation of the biological diversity in Polesye connected with the increased pressure of the anthropogenesis factor on state and development of natural complexes is given
