Losses of crops from pest organisms make about 25-30%. The analysis of evolution of this parameter in conditions of global climate change shows tendencies of their constant increase. Use of the scenarios of climate change (CSIRO Mk2, HadCM2 and ECHAM4) allows determining probable development of the principle groups of pests with the big share of probability. It is necessary to expect penetration of new species of quarantine pests, selection of the most harmful pathogens, expansion of an area of their distribution, increase of number generations and other undesirable consequences. The most adequate ways of the organization of plant pest management are represented with biological methods use
