[Grain production in Mogilev region]

Since 2001 there is a gradual decrease in the areas under crops occupied with grain and leguminous cultures, in facilities of all categories. In 2004 these areas have made 359,1 thousand hа. Similar regularity is marked in a relation to areas under crops of agricultural and other organizations. Despite of decrease in the areas under crops, in the Mogilyov region gross harvesting of a grain increases. It is provided due to increase in grain and leguminous productivity. The positive tendency in use of an arable land and mineral fertilizers for manufacture of 1t grains is marked. But to achieve parameters of expenses of a resource on a unit of production as in the advanced foreign countries by manufacture of these cultures it is possible only using intensive technologies
