Chinese. 在对甘肃省肃州区农村信用社农户小额信贷现状进行调研的基础上,认为目前农户小额信贷存在资金供求矛盾大、额度小、期限短、贷款使用方向单一和具一定风险等问题。由此提出应给农村信用社更宽松的融资环境,为农村信用社开展农户小额信贷提供政策性支持,尽快建立农户小额信贷的风险防范机制,尝试“中额”农户信用贷款,打破农户小额信贷期限管理的限制和积极拓展农户小额信贷领域的政策建议。
