This study includes analysis of developed factors and possibility for progress of candy industry in Serbia. Quantitative changes of capacity, number of firms and whole production in Serbia are included in this analysis. Analysis of development of candy firms in Serbia, more exactly, analysis of their total factors of development are carried out. On the basis of obtained results, quantification and qualification of importance of Serbian candy firms in the scope of development of food industry are done. Obtained results show possibility for progress of candy industry in Serbia and present the base to concrete all possibilities wayes transformations and development of candy companies, but it also actualize their role and the future development of Serbian food industry.
