The influence of NPK fertilizer to yield of vegetative mass, with and without microelements addition (Fe, Mn, Zn) was studied in this investigation. The experiment was carried out in the pots. The samples of the soil, type smonitza, were taken up from ten varietal places, side by side from plough land and grassland (pasture - ground). The indicator species was oat (Avena sativa L.), Slavuj cultivar. The obtained results showed that addition of microelements, applied with NPK fertilizer did not influence the changes of oat vegetative mass. The soil analysis showed its well-provided for available Fe and Mn. So, it was expected addition of these elements would not cause significant changes in yield of vegetative mass. The soil analysis too showed the Zn defiecient in many samples. In spite of this, Zn application combined with phosphorus did not influence any changes in yield of vegetative mass. It can be explaned that one-year Zn application was unenough to improve its soil content. On the other side, the oat is not so sensitive small grain toward Zn deficient in the soil. The influence of available and added phosphorus in control variant, with NPK fertilizer, to vegetative mass yield was significant. So, increase of available phosphorus in the soil cause increase of plant vegetative mass. The soil acid, in fact pH value influenced strongly yield of oat vegetative mass, because it effects better solubility and so higher influence of microelements ti yield.
