In this study has been done analyse conditions of water management information system in the Republic of Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina) with review at boundary coutries, and analyzed basic assumptions as precondition to establishing common information water system of region in frames which establishing European Union, with finding of risk of realization each phases of integration, all for purpose establishing quality support system in making decisions and making development plans.
