Pomological and technological characteristics of selections of black cherry cv. Oblacinska visnja grown in the droughty region of Timocka Krajina [Serbia (Serbia and Montenegro)]

Data on the pomological and technological characteristics of eight most prominent selections of cv. Oblacinska visnja are shown. The chosen trees are characterized by medium or strong vigour of growing and branching, and upright growth. They have high, stable yielding and are moderately or intermediate resistant to parasites. The fruits are small or medium in size, mass is 3.76-3.0 g, stone mass is 0.36-0.30 g, mesocarp content is 91.4-88.9%. The contents of dry matter and total soluble solids are 13.6% and 12.7%, respectively, while total sugar is 9.71% and total acids 1.92%.
