Study of an influence of rootstock clones on the grape and wine quality and grape yield has been carried out at the Vrsac vineyards in Vrsac (Serbia). The Italian Riesling is transplanted on the clones of Kober 5 BB rootstocks, clones 13 and 114SO 4, clones 31 and 745C Teleki and clones 10, 6-16, 6-52 and 6-5341 B of the clones 86, 87 and 88. The grapevine is grown in rows. A root is kordon-shaped to which mixed cut has been applied. This work outlines the results of comparative research on influence of the clone 13 from the rootstock Kober 5BB and the clone 114 Kober 5BB on the control varience Kober 5BB (standard) of the Italian Riesling variety concerning the grape yield and grape weight, as well as the grape and wine quality.
