Territory of the Brus settlement has complex structure of geo-potentials. From the development aspect, their value and importance express strong historical changeability. Basic healing and recreational finctions, as the determinants of development of Brus, have been present, more or less, since the fourth decade of 20th century. Because of its long tradition and the relevant potentials, Brus has the real potentials for perspective development as spa and climate centre. The spring of thermo-mineral water spring Bruska banja is especially recognizable by its potential importance.
