Phytoremediation of soils damaged by pyrite barren soil

In this paper shown the investigation results of experiment made on soil damaged by pyrite barren soil. The experiment have consisted nine species of grass, which are the potential hyperaccumulators of heavy metals - copper and iron from soil. Content of heavy metals was determinate in soil and heavy metals on the start and the end of the experiment. Content of copper above of the maximum of allowed contamination values and much content of iron was established in the soil and plants. The two species of investigated grass were dissociate like potential hyperaccumulators of heavy metals - Arrhenatherum elatius L. and Festuca arundinaceae Schreb.
