New lines in hot pepper breeding

Pepper is one of the most important vegetable crops in terms of both acreage and variety of uses. As a result of perennial plant breeding work with peppers, in Agricultural and Technological Research Center in Zajecar, Serbia, were created new and promising cultivar and lines hot pepper. Mina new pepper cultivar was affirmed by National Cultivar Commission 2003. In local test new lines hot pepper were better than standards in productive qualities and productive areas with extreme climate (low level of relative air moisture and high temperatures).
