The 4-H camping programs in USA have been providing various resources so that members can achieve their physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential. The camping programs have been carried out members to participate in programs as responsible citizens in their local, national and international communities. One of the key requirements of successful youth camping was the leadership role of leaders with more conscious and systematic for preparing, equipping, and carrying out programs.
