Actually, in common opinion, the rural areas getting an external financial impulse are developing fast and best. The biggest chances to get financial support for local and regional development have the areas in western borderland of Poland. That mainly concerns the mutual transborder Polish-German cooperation and the socio-economic activation of rural areas by developing local entrepreneurship.
