European Connunity, appericiating the importance of knowledge, points out the necessity of rising outlays on education and innovations in the countries of the European Union in order to achieve the USA standard. Global competitivnes can accomplished only by rasing the level of innovation. Transfer of knowledge from education (based on researh and development institutions, universities etc.) into practise by agriculture advisory system as well as capacity and respectivity of innovations in agricultural sector can contribute to intellectual support of rural development and agribusiness.
