Opportunities and threats of restructuring Poland's fishery economy using EU funds

In 2004-06 Poland's fisheries economy restructuring may be realized using EU funds. Scrapping fishing vessels is a priority and other activities are strongly conditioned. Modernization and rebuilding fishing vessels seems to be the most activities because of necessity to use beneficiant's financial means. Restructuring requires active approach of potential beneficiants as well as cooperation not only from fisheries economy institutions. Threats of restructuring results with changes of UE common fisheries policy the state budget's financial abilities as well as administration institutions organizational opportunities, determination and ability of final benefitiants
