The implementation of Rural Development Program in zachodniopomorskie region is main task for many reasons. Specific character of unemployment in rural areas due to post state farms areas, is one of them. The process of reducing unemployment is possible, due to creation of new jobs in non-agricultural sector and the development of self-employment initiatives. Local communities as well as external funds might help in this matter
