Yielding of spring wheat cultivated after catch crop depending on nitrogen fertilization

The aim of this work was estimation of the spring wheat yielding cultivated after stubble catch crop, ploughed in the autumn of leaved as mulch, as well as the influence of - nitrogen rate based on N-min. test, given preplant and top dressed fertilization. Grain yield of spring wheat and total protein contents were higher after stubble catch crop compared to the bare fallow respectively 27 and 1.6 percent. Catch crop biomass management was not different grain yield and total protein of spring wheat. Nitrogen fertilization applied N1 and N2 doses caused significant increase yield and total protein content
