The study aimed at determination of weeds communities formation in fields of spring barley depending on its share in four-course rotation systems and its different positioning within those rotation systems. The forecrops were: potatoes, mixture spring barley with peas and spring barley in 1 and 2 repetitions. In the spring, up to 23 species of weeds with the density reaching from 230 to 321 plants per square m were determined in spring barley cultivated on different fields. The communities were dominanted by proper spring taxa - Chenopodium album and Echinochloa crus-galli, together representing over 67 percent of total weeds number
