Data on 292 goats of the white upgraded breed, kept In the south-west region of Poland were analysed. Udder and teats measurement (udder volume, udder basis length, udder width, udder depth, udder semi-circumference, udder horizontal circle, distance to the floor, teat length, teat diameter, distance between teats) were taken from three different types of udder shape. Moreover, the daily milk production was determined. Statistical calculations were done using the GLM procedure of the SAS computer package. The results of the present study was found in goats having the "pear-shaped" udder. In the course of lactation all types of udder dimensions were changing, whereas the distance from the udder to the floor was increasing. The udder volume decreased the most as compared to the other udder dimensions. Regardless of the udder shape, its dimensions as well as dimensions of teats were increasing along with of the age of a goat. The udder volume increased the most between the first and second lactations
