[Accumulation of radiocaesium by the mycelium and fruit bodies of mushrooms in the soils of forest ecosystems]

Coefficients of 137Cs accumulation by the mycelium of the fungi Cenoccocum geophytum Fr., having no visible fruit bodies, spread in forest ecosystems of Sweden, are determined. The ability to accumulate 137Cs by the mycelium of the fungi, which form fruit bodies shaped as various structures of the microscopic sizes (Tytospora spp. and Piloderma fallax), is investigated.
