[Protein composition of the uterus jelly coat at different functional states of the ovaries]

English. Solutions of the proteins of the uterus jelly coat at various functional states of the ovaries are studied. The proteins, which are not present in the blood serum, were revealed. Provided that follicles are present in the ovaries, five soluble proteins, absent when the yellow body, cysts and cyst changes in ovaries are observed, were revealed, four of which were also absent in the blood serum. The occurrence of specific proteins at the oestrous phase of the rutting is probably connected with the processes of the endometriosis proliferation and the further participation in zygotes nidation.

За наявності в яєчниках фолікулів знайдено п'ять розчинних білків, яких не має рпи жовтому тілі, кістах та кістозних змінах яєчників, чотири з яких відсутні в сироватці крові. Поява специфічних білків в естральну фазу статевої охоти, мабуть, пов'язана з процесами проліферації ендометрія і в подальшій участі в нідації зиготи.
