2006
Domagalska-Gredys, M.(Krakow Agricultural Univ., Krakow (Poland))
Group operation is a challenge for contemporary producers which only few are able to meet. At the time of globalization and European integration producer groups and organizations became again fashionable. In Poland the process of farmer integration is a slow one. A sample comparison of associated and non-associated producer activities in the malopolskie province reveals a positive opinion on the advantages provided by the cooperation of producers (greater freedom of price fixing) and consumers (product quality owing to application of diversified production technologies)
