[Clinical and hematologic status of animals in the conditions of cattle papillomatosis]

Research results of studies of the clinical and hematologic status of cattle sick with papillomatosis and evaluation of therapeutic efficiency of application of magnetized in the constant magnetic field 0,5% of novocaini solution combined with intravascular blood photomodification were presented. Evaluation studied proved the high therapeutic effect of the observed method for the treatment of cattle papillomatosis that was proved by the early appearance of signs of papilloma disappearance, shortening of terms cattle papillomatosis treatment on 6,5 days, lowering of probability disease relapse. Amount of proteins of blood serum by the 21-st day of the experiment increased and was 7,7+/-0,18 g/%. Albumin content in the course of experiment was within the bounds of physiological standards. Maximum quantity of leucocytes and the highest expressed lymphocytic reaction contemporized with appearance of the first signs of papilloma disappearance. Quicker growth of leucocytes quantity and earlier lymphocytic reaction were stated in blood of animals treated with the complex therapy method. Later the quantity of leucocytes and lymphocytes was quickly back into accord with the physiological standards for cattle
