[Formation of regional facilities of groups on manufacture and processing of milk in conditions of optimization of number of the dairy processing enterprises]

The Slutsk economic group on milk production and milk processing belongs to liner of integration formations. Its functioning has a number of advantages in comparison with the isolated activity of the process industry enterprises and agriculture. Economic benefit of integration process is calculated on an example of work in structure of group of open joint-stock society Slutsk cheese making combine. Realization in practice of offers on formation of economic group will allow to finish deliveries of milk on Slutsk cheese making combine up to 133 thousand t in a year to use capacities at a level of 92,2%. In this situation in the long term the output of a commodity output with 1t milk will increase for 28% and 640 thousand rbl. will make (approximately at a level of Open Joint-stock Society Brest dairy combine), expenses for 1000 rbl. of commodity output will be reduced to 20% and 805 rbl., profitability - 24% will be equal. Predicted parameters can be reached under condition of performance of the actions stipulated by the project, and first of all technical reconstruction of open joint-stock society Slutsk cheese making combine, formations of a raw zone with presence of specialized farms on milk production and association of dairy factories of region
