Efficiency of confidential operation of business is defined first of all due to rational redistribution of real incomes and obligations between the several organizations, and also receptions of a tax delay. Thus it is necessary to note, that confidential operation of business should be considered as rather effective tool not only with reference to crisis, but also from the point of view of maintenance of the qualified strategic management. For the benefit of such approach speaks the following circumstance: in connection with sharp increase in number of the factors influencing a financial and economic condition of the organization, and complication of character of their influence time intervals of stable development of the organization are considerably reduced. Development of an individual policy for the organizations differing on patterns of ownership, directions of activity, potential, quality of management, becomes extraordinary sharp in conditions when innovational transformations to the environment of existence of these organizations have global character
