[Concentration of ribonucleic acid in small intestine of broiler chickens in the process of Aminobacterin-B application]

Research results of the influence of Aminobacterin-B on the exchange of ribonucleic acid and protein in the glands of mucous tunic of small intestine were presented. The differential assessment of ribonucleic acid and protein content in the crypts of duodenum, jejunum and ileum was realized. After application of Aminobacterin-B the live weight of broiler chickens of the experimental group was on 16,35% higher than in the control one, weight of dressed chickens of the experimental group was on 19,53% higher than in the control one, slaughter yield in the control group was 67,92% and in the experimental one – 68,85%. Research results showed that Aminobacterin-B activated the biosynthetic and metabolic processes in the structures of small intestine of broiler chickens
