[Metodological aspects of management of the sustainable development in agriculture in conditions of risk]

The concept (stability) is used for systems of different levels of the organization and complexity. The kind of stability connected with manufacture and realization of production in conditions of economic risk plays a great role at a level of micro-economics. Stability of functioning of the industrial enterprise finally is defined by flexibility of the industrial structure aimed at all set of outcomes and results of manufacture, an opportunity of achievement of an object in view. If to describe forecast development of system through use of the determined sizes (they are used by development of overwhelming majority of plans of all levels) and to present it in the form of a certain optimum trajectory it is possible to assume, that in conditions of unstable weak forecasting environment of functioning of a deviation of an actual trajectory of development from optimum will have objective character. Proceeding from it, the predicted trajectory of development should have the certain degree of flexibility, i.e. to be described not by a line, and a strip defined by zones of admissible risk. Optimum trajectory of development of system is based on achievement the optimum resource proportions providing maximum effectiveness of use of resource potential
