Dynamics of steroid and tireoid hormones and insulin in cows blood with different levels of fertility from 60-70 to 270-275 days of pregnancy has been examined. We have established that The level of progesterone in caws with high fertility is considerably higher than that in cows with one calf has been established. The content of estradiol during all the period of research was about the same. The difference in the content of progesterone led to changes in correlation of progesterone and estradiol in animals with high fertility. Level of a progesterone at cows at polycarpous pregnancy is considerably above, than at monocarpic. The maintenance of estradiol in all the periods of research was approximately identical. Distinctions in the maintenance of a progesterone led to change of a parity of progesterone (estradiol) at polycarpous animals. At polycarpous pregnancy there was appreciable a pressure in a metabolism, that was shown by falling of a level of tireoid hormones (especially triiodinetironin) and insulin in blood during the prepatrimonial period. At monocarpic and polycarpous cows character of dynamics cortisol in blood noticeably differed. At animals with monocarpic pregnancy with low and standard parameters of fruitfulness in all the periods of research are noted distinctions a parity of a progesterone and estradiol. Distinctions in a level of steroid, tireoid hormones and insulin were doubtful. Changes of a parity the progesterone (estradiol) is one of the reasons of complications of pregnancy and infringements of fruitfulness after calving at monocarpic and polycarpous cows
