Chinese. 研究了核桃叶石油醚提取物对小麦、黄瓜和莴苣3种受体种子的发芽率及幼苗苗高和根长生长的影响。结果表明,0.5 g/L提取物对莴苣种子的发芽率有轻微的促进作用,1,2,4,8和16 g/L提取物对3种受体种子发芽率、幼苗苗高和根系生长均有抑制作用。相同质量浓度提取物对3种受体种子的发芽率、幼根生长和幼苗生长的影响程度不同,抑制作用表现为根长>苗高>发芽率,对小麦、黄瓜、莴苣种子发芽率的最低抑制质量浓度分别为3.8,4.8和5.1 g/L;对幼根生长的最低抑制质量浓度分别为0.6,0.8和0.2 g/L;对幼苗生长的最低抑制质量浓度分别为1.5,1.7和0.6 g/L。

The allelopathic effects of walnut leaf petroleum ether extract on three plant acceptors, wheat, cucumber and lettuce were explored by germination and growth experiments. The results showed that 0.5 g/L petroleum ether extract promoted the germination rate of lettuce;1,2,4,8 and 16 g/L petroleum ether extract had inhibitory effect upon the germination rate,root growth and seedling height of the three plant acceptors. The same treatment affected the three indexes of plant acceptors differently and their inhibitory degrees were as follows:root length>seedling height>germination rate. The lowest inhibitory concentration to the germination rate of wheat, cucumber and lettuce were respectively 3.8,4.8 and 5.1 g/L. The lowest inhibitory concentrations to the root length of the three acceptors were respectively 0.6, 0.8 and 0.2 g/L. The lowest inhibitory concentrations to seedling height of the three acceptors were respectively 1.5,1.7 and 0.6 g /L.
