Effects of pen rearing condition on morphological characteristics, body proportion and yield of Oviducts ranae in the adult of Rana dybowskii

Chinese. 为了探索人工养殖条件对东北林蛙形态特征及生产性能的影响，从外部形态、体型指标及产油量等方面对成体野生和圈养东北林蛙进行了对比研究。结果表明，与野生雌性林蛙相比，圈养雌性林蛙的体表背部黑斑比例、体长、后肢长极显著降低(P0.01)，而重长比、产油量呈极显著升高(P0.01)；另外，圈养条件极显著地提高了雌性林蛙的产油量与体长、体重与体长、体长与后肢长的相关系数（P0.01）。

In this study,morphological characteristics,body proportion and yield of Oviductus ranae were comparatively studied between wild Rana dybowskii and pen fed ones in order to evaluate the production of pen reared forest frog.The results showed as follows:compared with the wilds,the rate of forest frog with dark spots on the back with pen fed ones was significantly decreased (P0.01);the pen fed females was shorter in body length (BL) (P0.01),shorter in hind leg length (HLL) (P0.01),but greater in body weight (BW) (P0.01),higher in relative fatness (RF) (P0.01),higher in body weight/body length index (WLI) (P0.01) and higher in the yield of Oviductus ranae (YOR) (P0.01).The correlation coefficient between BL and YOR in pen reared female frogs was significantly (P0.01) increased,compared with that of the wild females.In addition,the correlation coefficients between BW and BL,BL and HLL in pen fed female frogs were significantly (P 0.01) increased.
