Chinese. 大蒜花苞的气生鳞茎可用作离体条件下的外植体材料,但其萌发受到多种因素的影响。MS+NAA2mg/L+BA6mg/L培养基激素配比适宜,能诱导较多的气生鳞茎萌发。较小的气生鳞茎萌发迅速且发芽率高。较大的气生鳞茎则相反。低温预处理能促进气生鳞茎的萌发,但低温贮藏时间过长会降低气生鳞茎的发芽率,4℃低温贮藏时间应不多于60d。
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The bulbil in the inflorescence of garlic can be used as an explant in vitro, but its germination is affected by many factors. It is found that most bulbils are able to germinate on the MS + NAA 2 mg/L + BA 6 mg/L medium because of the favorable phytohormone ratio. Small bulbils can germinate rapidly and theirs shooting rate is high, while big bulbils come to the opposite. Pretreatment at low temperature promotes the germination of bulbils, however, the shooting rate is to be reduced after bulbils long-term stored at low temperature. Storing bulbils at 4 ℃ for less than 60 days benefits germination of bulbils.
