Spanish; Castilian. Se desarrolló un método analítico para la determinación del contenido de phthalide en una formulación de polvo humedecible al 30 % P/P. El método consistió en la utilización de la espectrofotometría UV - visible a una longitud de onda de 246 nm usando dioxano como solvente. Se realizaron 15 determinaciones, obteniéndose una desviación típica de ± 0,44 con un coeficiente de variación de 1,42 % para el método, por lo que resultó ser confiable, preciso y selectivo.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. An analytic method was developed for the determination of the phthalie de content in formulations of wetable powders. The method consisted on the use of the UV-visible spectrophotometry at wavelenght of 246 nm using dioxano as solvent. They were carried out 15 determinations being obtained a typical deviation of ± 0.44 with a coefficient of variation of 1.42% for the method for what it turn out to be reliable, precise and selective.
