La evaluación sintomatológica a un lote de 162 cultivares de los géneros Atalantia Citropsis y Citrus frente a la presencia de 'escoba de bruja' y de “nudosidades' causadas por Sphaeropsis tumefaciens Hedges, evidenció que la forma de 'nudos' se presentó principalmente en los naranjos agrios, mientras que las 'escobas de bruja' fueron más abundantes en los citranges. Los cidrelos y tangors no presentaron ningún síntoma.

The sintomatological evaluation of 162 cultivars of Atalantia, Citropsis and Citrus genus to the presente of “witches broom' and “knottiness' caused by Sphaeropsis tumefaciens Hedges, evidenced that the “knottiness' form was presented principally in the rough oranges and the “witches broom' form was more abundant in the citranges. The citron-ince and tangors didn´t presented any sympton.
