English. The bio-ecological identification and characterization of two Cuban isolates of Arthrobotrys spp. trapping fungi were evaluated in this study. As a result, we had that both isolates belong to the species Arthrobotrys oligospora. The interaction between isolate-temperature parameters was not significant. It was due to both isolates had similar growth. The highest and lowest growths were achieved at 25ºC and 32ºC respectively. The spore formation of both A-31 and A-37 strains had significant differences at different temperatures and evaluation moments.
Show more [+] Less [-]Spanish; Castilian. En este estudio se identificaron y caracterizaron, bioecológicamente, dos aislamientos cubanos de hongos atrapadores del género Arthrobotrys. Como resultado, se obtuvieron que los dos aislamientos pertenecen a la especie A. oligospora. En la velocidad de crecimiento, no fue significativa la interacción aislamiento- temperatura, ambas cepas crecieron de forma similar. El mayor incremento se logra a la temperatura de 25ºC, lo que difiere del resto. El mínimo se obtuvo a 32ºC para las dos cepas. Sin embargo, sí existió diferencia significativa entre la esporulación de ambas cepas a diferentes temperaturas y momentos de evaluación; resultó significativa la interacción de estos tres factores.
