Patogenicidad de Exserohilum, en diferentes hospedantes.

Spanish; Castilian. Se determinó la especificidad de cuatro aislados de Exserohilum provenientes de Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers, al ser inoculadas en condiciones de laboratorio ocho especies de plantas (S. halepense, Zea mays, Oryza sativa, Triticum vulgari, Saccharum officinarum, Panicum maximun, Lycopersicum esculentum y Glicine max). Se evaluó el daño foliar cada 24 horas hasta los siete días post-inoculación, mediante una escala de grado de 0 a 8. Solamente fueron afectados S. halepense en todas las especies de hongos probadas y en maíz solo los aislados AS25 y AS28 las cuales provocaron algún síntoma de grado 1. El aislado más agresivo fue el AS29 donde a las 48 horas ya manifestaba síntomas bien definidos y al final de la evaluación tenía afectada un área superior al 50% con signos del patógeno. Se recomiendan los aislados AS26 y AS29 como los de mejores perspectivas para desarrollar un agente biocontrolador del S. halepense.

English. Specificity of four Exserohilum isolates derived from Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers was determined after being inoculated eight plant species (S. halepense, Zea mays, Oryza sativa, Triticum vulgari, Saccharum officinarum, Panicum maximum, Lycopersicum esculentum and Glicine max) under laboratory conditions. Leaf damage was evaluated each 24 hours, up to seven days post inoculation using a scale grade from 0_8. The only affected were S. halepense in all the fungi species tested and in corn only the isolates AS25 and AS28 causing some 1 grade symptom. The most aggressive isolate was AS25, where at 48 hours, it already showed well defined symptoms and at the end of the evaluation, it affected an area of more than 50% with pathogen signals. Isolates recommended are AS26 and AS29 as the best perspectives to develop a biocontroler agent of S. halepense.
