Mitotic stability of and low hybridization potential between two DNA fingerprint groups of magnaporthe grisea
1994
Xia, J. Q.Correll, J. C.Rhoads, D. D.
MGR586-DNA fingerprinting was used to examine the mitotic stability and hybridation potential of two DNA-fingerprinting groups of magnaporthe grisea under laboratory conditions. Two haplotypes, representing fingerprint groups A and D commonly found on rice in Arkansas, were grown singly or in co-culture on solid medium, liquid medium, or on rice tissue.
