The store called "Culinaris" in Perc Street, Óbuda takes us to a flavour-journey. The food store in street-front hall of the former Goldberger textile mill draws the attention of customers with its special and quality products, as well with its Flavour Academy cooking. The consumer is guided here to all over the international world of food, where ingredients and culinary habits of different cultures can be met. We like to taste local delicacies, characteristic food and drinks while travelling around the world. The flavour-memories are hard to reproduce in words; a solution can be cooking at home from original ingredients.
