Within the framework of the PHARE ACCESS 2003 Program applying for the "Further development of the civil consumer protection system in county Fejér" the Consumer Protection Association of Székesfehérvár won a financial budget. Among others this project wanted to explore and facilitate further development of the civil consumer protection activities, the situation of the consumers' habits and rights and their enforcement as well as the active inclusion of business corporations into the development of the conscious consumer behaviour.
