In near future global agriculture is going to depend on agriculture for the sake of human security and society health as well. Therefor organic fertilizer providing become very important indeed and needs more to be implemented yet. During this experiment which took place in 2000, after producing Bio-fertilizer liquid (vermiwash) in some plastic barrels (60 liter capacity) which filled (from up to top of barrel) with layers of gravel, sand, sandy loam soil, cattle manure and straw and 50 soil worm released (surface worms activated) and another 50 soil worm (depth activated worms) in each barrel. The production fertilizer applied in randomize complete block design with 6 level (0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 cm 3 ) and three replication during the first year the extracted solution sprayed on Diffenbachia and second year on Aglaonema two times per week. The result showed the significant effect at a = 0.05 on height, wet weight, dry weight and Nitrogen in Diffenbachia also effected on height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight, nitrogen, and phosphorous in Aglaonema as well. The comparison showed that in most growing indexes, increase the spraying amount caused increase in growth indexes. Therefore mean spraying with 100 cm 3 of vermiwash has a suitable effect on all growth indexes.
