The responsibility for part of the work and positive list in dairy farming

The main purpose of this study is to make clear the actual conditions and problems in the responsibility for task allotment, the register and the keeping of data using the positive list in dairy farming. The results of the analysis lead to the conclusions that if farm size became larger, the responsibility of wife and sons increase and the relative importance of each responsibility would be changed by the contents of dairy works. The results of the CHAID analysis made clear that the division level of the responsibility for the tasks of dairy works was prescribed by the form of the dairy farm management while the farmers who carry out the positive list of chemical fertilizers and agricultural chemicals were explained by the division and level of responsibility for tasks of dairy works. The person in charge of positive list of each works was prescribed by the age of the manager, the number of family members and the form of farm management. It is useful to spread the positive list widely in order to fill up the variance between the principle of the positive list and farmer's original check system and to support the farmer from such organizations as veterinary service.
