Many years investigations in different countries testify that dairy cows' blood plasma free amino acids have a significant role in milk proteins biosynthesis. Free amino acids mutual ration differ for different breeds of cows. Therefore free amino acids qualitative and quantitative composition investigation causes a special interest in connection with milk proteins biosynthesis as well as by elaborating cows' selection methods according to this trait. According to references milk amino acids ratio is different to various cows' breeds. Milk amino acids content is one of most significant milk nutritive value criteria. Amino acids content in milk and it's dynamics during lactation is one of most significant milk nutritive value criteria. Amino acids content in milk and it's dynamics during lactation are not investigated sufficient till now. The aim of our investigations was to investigate mentioned above indices changes during lactation to Latvian Brown cows.
