[Metabolism of phosphorus compounds, activity of growth regulators in grapevine plants in relation to carbonate content in soil and action of hydric and low temperature stress factors]

Grapevines of the variety Alb de Suruceni grafted on Riparia-Rupestris 101-14 (RXR 0101-14) rootstock have been subjects for study. The plants were grown in vegetation dishes with a capacity of 40kg of soil. Active calcium carbonate content of the soil - 5; 10; and 20%. It was ascertained that hypothermic stress in grape-vine plants, grown on soil containing Ca carbonates within tolerable limits for mother plants, induces the decrease of the content of all studied phosphoric compounds especially of macroergic and inorganic phosphorus as well as of phosphoric lipids. It was registered however that the content of phosphoric compounds (excepting etheric glucides) increased in plants wich supported hydric stress during vegetation too.
