On the basis of the study results it may be inferred that two-nodes softwood cuttings performed better in terms of all the assessed parameters. The callusing percentage accounted for 93.32 in one-node cuttings, i.e. 96.26 in two-nodes cuttings. Rooting in one-node cuttings, i.e. two-nodes totalled 91.51%, i.e. 95.35%, respectively. The number of roots and their length are also greater in two-node cuttings and accounted 43 i.e 13.24 cm while these values in one-node cuttings accounted 35, i.e. 11.15 cm. Owing to all the issues stated above, two-nodes cuttings may be recommended for successful propagation and quality nursery stock of blackberry cv Cacanska Bestrna.
