Kosmopolita - a white wine cultivar obtained by crossing of the Cserszegi fuszeres x Kristaly, created by Institute for Viticulture and Enology in Kecskemet (Hungary) and Institute for Fruit Growing and Viticulture of Agricultural Faculty in Novi Sad, Serbia (Yugoslavia). The main characteristics are: precoce maturity, sugar storage, resistance to low temperatures and Botrytis cinerea. Moderately resistance to Plasmopara viticola and susceptible to Uncinula necator. Could be growing by reduce protection of plant diseases.
