In feed composition for all breeds and categories of poultry, corn have tha largest part, and because of its biological value and price, total profitability of the production highly depends on it. Basic feature of corn is high contents of easy digestable starch, it is very tasty and digestable for poultry. Content of cellulose is very low, but the content of fat is very high compared to other grains. Content of proteins in corn is in a range of 8-9%, but those proteins have low biological value. Many secondary products, as a results of corn processing, can be used in poultry nutrition. One of these products is corn meal. Extruding as an one of the ways of feed processing, can improve the quality and digestibility of nutrients.
